There’s a new restaurant in Covent Garden offering ‘Asian fusion comfort food’, which sounds at first like a bit of an odd combination. Turns out it can be done, though, even though the menu – designed by Michelin starred chef, Yasuji Morisumi – reads like a schizophrenic mash-up of steaks, burgers, pasta, curry and noodles.
